Finally had some time to recover from the security breach IXWebhosting had in December and clean up infected files and re-upload them.
IXWebhosting truly disappointed me. While I don’t expect exceptional customer service from a relatively inexpensive hosting company, don’t tell me I have a trojan on my computer that compromised my password when your customer support system is jammed and taking days to respond to my requests.
Especially when 2 months later you announce “security upgrades” and “Oh, um…we’ve reset ALL our customer FTP passwords…”
